This year's meeting was held at the Savannah Lakes Resort & Marina in McCormick, South Carolina.  Our first speaker was Dr. Ron Krueger, director of the Department of Refractive Surgery at Cleveland Clinic's Cole Eye Institute.  He gave excellent talks on the femtosecond laser as well as on wavefront LASIK.  Dr. Debra Goldstein was our second speaker and she came to us from the University of Illinois at Chicago where she is the director of the Uveitis and Ocular AIDS service in their ophthalmology department.  She gave excellent talks on anterior and posterior uveitis as well as management of cataracts in the presence of uveitis.
